DIP FOR GRILLED CHICKEN

1 or 2 chickens, cut up
1 stick butter
1/2 c. water
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Mix sauce ingredients in saucepan. Heat and stir about 5 minutes. Dip chicken in sauce then cook on barbecue grill. Can brush additional on chicken as it's cooking.

EASY GRILLED DINNER

1 lb. ground beef, 2 lg. onions, 2 lg. bell peppers, 2 lg. potatoes, Salt, Pepper, 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce.

Make ground beef into balls. Slice bell peppers, onions and potatoes into strips. Place an equal amount of each on sheets of tinfoil. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce and pull foil up around mixture and twist around. Place on grill until potatoes are done. Serve with a salad and eat out of foil. No clean up.

EASY CHICKEN ON THE GRILL

Chicken pieces
Soy sauce
Olive oil

Legs and thighs are best is parboiled first. To do this, cover with water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Place lid on saucepan. Remove from heat and allow to stand 10 minutes. Drain. Breasts and wings need not be parboiled.

Mix equal parts of olive oil and soy sauce. Enough marinade is needed to coat chicken thoroughly (approximately 1/4 cup of each for 8 pieces of chicken). Refrigerate several hours, if you have time.

Grill on both sides, brushing with marinade, until done.
